recipe

I read a resipe for Crispy Chicken Costoletta. My mom had it at the Cheesecake Factory and said she L.O.V.E.D it so we trid to make it it wasn't as good but it was good I ate it all up. The recipe is soooo long so I'll tell you some of it.
4 chicken brests,cut horizontally,and pound to about 1/4 inch thick or chicken cutlets
2 lemons,zest of
11/2cups plain bradcrumbs
2 tablespoons of freshly grated parmesan cheese (optional)
2 eggs whisked with
2 tablespoons of water
3 tablespoons flower
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoons kosher salt
